Yes - Peacasa Chips are fried in high-oleic sunflower oil.
There are actually three types of sunflower oil: linoleic (high in polyunsaturated fats), mid oleic, and high-oleic (high in monounsaturated fats).
Scientists have found that Oleic Acid (monounsaturated fats) is linked to many good things like more good cholesterol, better insulin resistance, and less belly fat.
Linoleic Sunflower Oil (polyunsaturated fats) will just show up as "Sunflower Oil" on a nutrition label.

Peacasa is made from chickpeas and chickpeas have naturally occurring sugar. In a 50g serving, there are 4g of natural sugars.
