What's the return/refund policy?
We offer refunds and/or replacements on a case by case basis. Refund/replacement requirements are: description of product, lot number (on the back of the bag), and photos of product and packaging. If you weren't satisfied with your order, please email us directly so we can make it right. We want to hear your feedback!

What ingredients are in Peacasa chips?
Our chips are made from chickpea flour, high-oleic sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Check out our ingredient list for more info!
Are your chips fried?
Yes - Peacasa Chips are fried in high-oleic sunflower oil.
What is high-oleic sunflower oil?
There are actually three types of sunflower oil: linoleic (high in polyunsaturated fats), mid oleic, and high-oleic (high in monounsaturated fats).
Scientists have found that Oleic Acid (monounsaturated fats) is linked to many good things like more good cholesterol, better insulin resistance, and less belly fat.
Linoleic Sunflower Oil (polyunsaturated fats) will just show up as "Sunflower Oil" on a nutrition label.
Is there extra air in the chip bag?
We keep some air space in the chip bags to protect from breakage during shipping.
Where does the sugar in Peacasa chips come from?
Peacasa is made from chickpeas and chickpeas have naturally occurring sugar. In a 50g serving, there are 4g of natural sugars.
Some flavours may include a small amount of added cane sugar, less than 1g per 50g serving, to help balance the flavour profile.
Are Peacasa chips grain-free?
Yes, our chips are grain-free!
However, our chips are made in a facility that also processes corn.
Are Peacasa chips gluten-free?
Yes, our chips are gluten-free.
Are Peacasa chips non-GMO?
Yes, our chips are non-GMO.
Are Peacasa chips Kosher?
Yes, Peacasa chips are certified Kosher.
Are Peacasa chips good for diabetics?
We've had many people with diabetes note that they feel comfortable eating Peacasa frequently. Peacasa is high in fibre and protein, and has 40% fewer net carbs than traditional corn chips, and chickpeas have been shown to improve blood sugar control. That said, we always recommend checking with your doctor or dietitian.
